If you forget your password, visit the link 'Forgot' in the password field to reset. You'll need to enter your email address associated with your Bitwalk account.
You'll receive a recovery email after a few seconds. This email includes a 4-digit code to reset your password. This code can only be used once. If you do use the code within 10 minutes, start over to receive a new code. If you didn't receive your recovery email, please make sure:
- You have entered your email address correctly.
- Check your email spam box.
It's good practice to create a unique password for Bitwalk. Be careful not to share your password in emails or other communication. Bitwalk support will never ask you for your password.
